::I like sitting down and enjoying my coffee. This Starbucks I can do that, unlike some of the other ones. Great service well usually this time got a tall coffee when I ordered a Grande. but she quickly fixed that. Usually great service st Starbucks anyways.

::Staff are distracted and chatting to each other which means slow service. The shift supervisor is dressed very messily and took a break 30 minutes after opening leaving one staff member to deal with the morning coffee rush... Update: Consistently disappointed with this store, the supervisor was standing in the entrance smoking which really didn't improve the taste of my incorrectly made coffee... Think they need to review their staff Update 2: Once again order was made incorrectly...

::Georgeta & Kayla are a force to be reckoned with! The are a dynamic duo! The are pleasant & professional! When I arrive I feel right at home like I'm with Friend. I'd have to say this is the best Starbucks in the city. I recommend you check out this Starbucks asap early birds!

::Do not follow the Google maps on this one! This Starbucks is actually located on the corner of Massachusetts Ave and Havilland St, right next to a 7/11. Most people end up going to 7/11 for coffee because this location has a staffing and training problem. Because this Starbucks sits in the heart of Berkeley College of Music Campus. Emerson College leased a building down the street and put 200 of their student's in there much to the protest of the permanent residents. So, imagine your dying for a nice, hot delicious cup of Starbucks during lunch break and guess what? There is a line at the door with just 2 or 3 kids working there and that line is packed with sophisticated students ordering coffee with 15 different ingredients down to an ounce exactly of this, 5mgs of vanilla, and so on. Forget it!
