  I just went in to this location and I had the worst and rudest experience from the workers there I understand that they were closing soon but it doesn’t give them the right to treat costumer like if I was bothering to order a caramel Frappuccino right 2 minutes before closing I am so disappointed I will not coming back to this location and I will make sure my friends And family don’t even think about going to this 27 school st ever again!

  Perfect location with a nice historic view! This coffee shop is not so crowded in comparison to other ones...also, in the vicinity of major shopping sites. Friendly staff and plenty space inside the cafe.

  They are unkind. If Starbucks wanna provide equally distributed services, please educate the staffs there.

  Worst Starbucks ever. Most unhelpful staff. I've given this place multiple chances and every single time I have the worst experience getting a cup of coffee. The larger Latino male is full of rude comments about customers and staffmates. The others are usually useless as well. I wait on average 30m to get coffee and my cold brew with classic syrup is probably the easiest drink to make. No one here is ever nice or happy. My mornings are actually ruined here. So I take my business to Explorateur up the road. And btw I'm from Brooklyn, home of the nonsense, so if this bothered me....
