  I came in before work today at 6:11am and the lady that works at the Starbucks had seen me walk up and than she turned her back to me and continued to Ignore that I was there for over 10 Minn and than she finally said "The machine was not working yet!" And I wanted to get a nice Starbucks coffee for my friend at works Birthday! And the lady working at this Starbucks she said she "couldn't make any coffee yet!" when other times I have gone there before work and they where ready to make coffee! But this lady today working at this Starbucks was rude! and she didn't even offer me a cover envelope for my gift card I got for my friends birthday! And she was the only one working there this morning! And she made me late to work!! Because I had enough time to get to work because I start at 6:30 am but she made me late and left me not likeing Starbucks that much I work really hard! And I use Starbucks to relax after or before a long work day and it's hard to relax when the people working at Starbucks are very rude!

  Normally I don't have a problem with this location. One of the girls is real cool and knows what I like being that I drink Starbucks EVERY day. I came into this location early morning yesterday and ordered an iced caramel macchiato and I wanted it upside down. I was explains to the lady how I wanted and she rudely interrupted me and said "I know what upside down means!" All I wanted to do was to let her know that I wanted the shots in first, then the ice and then the milk. Well she made it wrong !!! Not the way I wanted it. And so I go in this morning and she's working again and this time I don't explain anything and they still made it wrong. I drink this drink every day so I know how I want it. I definitely did not feel valued as a customer.
