  Love the way they make my drinks! It's a nice break when you're in a hurry and can't make.the coffee at home.

  The staff is pleasant, the inside and outside seating is nice, but I rated this Starbucks 3* because the line seems to take an abnormally long time regardless of if I'm ordering at the drive through or inside, any time of day.

  This is the best Starbucks to study at in the loop. They rush through making drinks so don't go here in the morning if you have allergies or specific drinks.

  Drink accuracy is about 20%. Don’t expect to get what you order. Ever. I live down the street and for some reason I keep coming here. I regret it every time.

  I walked in and waited 3 minutes at the counter. No one greeted or acknowledged my presence. Typically this wouldn't be an issue for me as I Too work in retail and understand it gets busy at times. But I was the only person at the counter and there were at least 5 employees behind the counter looking at me and talking amongst themselves. Needless to say, I'll take my little gift card elsewhere...
