  They're not busy, and they do not have several orders ahead of you. But your mobile order from 20 minutes ago was forgotten because they hate you here. Rest assured, the employees hate you.

  If you love coffee like I do Starbucks is the place to go, excellent coffee & serviw plus things to munch ob as well there.

  I come here often due to location, the service is terrible. Only one employee ever acknowledges me and when Jenn is not there no one will even look my way. If you order online then you have to get their attention in an empty store and beg for your order. They put them in different places depending on time of day and what day it is. It's not rocket surgery. I order food, hand it to me. Simple, until they can manage that I will not tip. Service has steadily been getting worse after a short improvement. I am a patient and understanding customer and I have low standards for service at Starbucks and they are impossible to underestimate.
