  Always a friendly group and my orde r is always right. They even replaced a cake pop for my son when he dropped his...so sweet of them!

  I travel for work, been to multiple cities in 27 states, and this has to be one of the worst-run Starbucks I've visited in the last 7 years. 24 minutes to make a latte on Weds. 33 minutes to make a latte on Thurs. 13 minutes to heat up coffee cake on Fri. They put all mobile orders ahead of in-store orders, so if you don't order online/mobile then you keep getting sent to the back of an ever-growing queue.

  Such idiots. You guys disgrace the name. A blended Java chip... Simple order... Yet you guys manage to mess that up chunks of ice.. not even a lot of people there so no excuse of in a hurry..
