::Dissatisfied. Ordered a normal grande drink but received 95% ice. Gone within 3 sips. Did NOT ask for extra ice. Not worth my $6.

::My major issue with this store is the dismally slow drive through. If there is more than one car I will not go there. You are locked in the drive through via a curb and I have gotten trapped there for over fifteen minutes before with two cars ahead of me. Ending on a high note the coffee is good for Starbucks. I do enjoy getting coffee there I hope the drive through gets faster.

::I went in to place order since drive thru wasn't moving. I ordered 1 venti drink. The next person ordered 2 drinks (1 being hot). A third person ordered 1 hot drink. (All 3 drinks were made with same machine). The first guy that was behind me got his drink so I asked where mine was. I was told it was about to be made. The next person who ordered after me got her drink at which time I questioned when mine was coming out. The barista started to catch an attitude and br unprofessional. Not only did I not get my drink before the people behind me but there were 3 baristas just standing around talking to each other when there was a lot of people waiting for orders.Won't catch me in that Starbucks anytime soon.

::Seriously the worst Starbucks in the area. Constantly out of items and drinks are rarely correct. Today I got a half full PSL that I paid $7.25 for after adding a shot and using dairy free milk. Just do yourself a favor and support a local chain instead. Suggest Bean Rush.

::It’s one of the best places to have a coffee. unfortunately, there are not many options for coffee shop in the Crofton area, only two more places around. But, this Starbucks is my favorite mainly because it has the best coffee cake and croissant around, as well as, the dairy free milk options, by the way, for me the coconut milk is the best option with a cappuccino or a Latte. The only negative thing about Starbucks is that they should offer gluten-free and lactose-free options as food, specially nowadays there are many people with allergies to certain foods, I just found a snack of marshmallow that was it.
