::Overall a good store, if not kinda hard to access. Clean store, super friendly staffs, plenty of parking, clean restrooms. The Starbucks is always eager to please, complete with custom requests, dairy-free options and even non-coffee beverages (hibiscus tea!). The building is shared with a few eateries including a Chipotle, Five Guys, Toykyo Joe's, and Garbanzos. I like to grab a drink after eating, maybe sit on patio and people-watch for a bit.

::Worst service I've ever gotten from a Starbucks employee, EVER! The man who took our order was just fine, he was friendly and courteous and that's why I'm giving it one more star. You could tell he was new though, but he was doing a great job having to do it all on his own. The bad service I got was from the chunky brunette woman making the coffee drinks yesterday. She just had this look on her face like life sucked. I understand life is not always that great, and have been there myself so I paid it no mind. I actually felt bad for her. She looked at me and I decided to throw her a smile to maybe brighten her day but she returned my smile with a crusty frown. Usually me and my husband grab some coffee and have them fill up my water bottle at whatever Starbucks we go to before we go on our daily walk. They have never ever had a problem with filling my water bottle until I met that employee yesterday. I always tip them a dollar for doing it too. Well, she comes up with the coffee and calls out what drink it is and she is doing it hurriedly even though she took forever trying to make it. I ask her immediately if she would mind filling up my water bottle and that I would really appreciate it with a smile. My husband reached out for the coffee and she ignored me and looked at him with hatred in her eyes and yelled "Are you clicking at me!?! DONT click at me!!!" We were confused because we were being as sweet as pie to this terrible woman and we dont even know what "clicking" is. My husband was doing nothing of the sort. He replied "I didn't know I was, I'm sorry ma'am." So she shoves the coffee at him and snatches my water bottle from my hand like she's about to blow up on us. She started to fill my water bottle for a few seconds but then stops, and gets all hot and bothered again and calls the other male employee over to finish it. I heard her say under her breathe "Can you continue to fill this for this incompetent woman?" My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe it. There was another male customer standing behind us waiting for his coffee too and I looked at him and said "can you believe this!?!" He just started laughing and shook his head. I mean seriously, coming from someone who works customer service in a call center for over 5 years, she does not belong in customer service or with the public at all. I think the best job for her would be maybe in a jail or something. The man who took over filling my water bottle was as sweet as pie and I could tell she puts him through hell too. My husband told him " I feel sorry for you man, I'm sorry that we upset her over nothing so bad." He apologized as well, and basically said he is sick of her too. The store was also a mess. I thought about leaving right when I walked in because it was very unsanitary at that moment. I thought maybe they just got really busy and couldn't clean so I gave it a chance but I should have stuck with my gut feeling. And on top of all that, she does not make coffee very well. It was like drinking brown water, and we even added a shot of espresso to it. It is the worst coffee I've ever had from Starbucks. It was a total waste of money and the one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. So, If you feel like getting verbally, mentally and emotionally abused by an ugly woman inside and out, go here. If not, you may as well light your money on fire. You would get more satisfaction from that.

::The coffee products are the same in all these places, but generally pleasant. The staff here are marvelous, friendly and pleasant no matter how busy they happen to be when you are there. Will return!

::This is my regular store during the week. It is easy to put in a mobile order and pick it up and off to work without taking a lot of time. This location is a decent size, I'd say one of their medium sized locations, but has a good amount of outdoor seating. Staff is always friendly and the location has a steady stream of customers. The only issue I have had so far is running out of some items before the next delivery comes in.
