  First time there and we had to wait 20-24 minutes just to pay for our order. Next when i pick it up they give me a refund for not being able to blend my ice to even start my drink. #dissapointed. Not a hater.

  Staff not as friendly as other Starbucks and I go to Starbucks at least 5 times a week. Maybe its cuz of the drive thru? But ive been 2 others w a drivwr thru and the staff isnt stank. Also If you get tea with water the taste is strange; can you say Jersey water?

  Great location and the staff here is the BEST in NY or NJ! I have been here easily 100 times, and the place is always clean and tidy and everybody here is friendly and as professional as you'd ever find in Starbucks, and from what I've seen and heard, they know their clientele extensively. One thing I will say, they always seem to maintain their professionalism despite having some of the rudest, spoiled a$$, entitled customers I have ever heard in my life who seem to have nothing better to do except abuse baristas! Kudos to all who work at this location!!!!

  There are some nice, friendly baristas at this Starbucks but about a month or so ago there was a noticeable change in the tone of interactions when you buy something. People seemed angry and colder all of a sudden. Wondering if there was a management change or something. I had one guy refuse to speak when i asked a question. Just stared at me.

  They never have any of the in season drinks. Always a :sold-out" sign. Knowing your clientele and ordering product appropriately shows good management.
