  This Starbucks used to be one of my favorites, but recently the service has gone downhill rather rapidly: the quality of the drinks has suffered - even a standard cup of coffee, pictured below, does not correspond to any reasonable expectations, as drinking coffee grinds is not on the menu; the level of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially by the counters near the trash cans, where one can still retrieve a napkin; and the level of attentiveness of the employees to their customers is very low. It appears to me that most employees at this location are either unsatisfied, unhappy, or just look that way when greeting their customers.

  This is not a bad Starbucks. That said it also suffers from a perennial case of air conditioning. Which is not good in the summer and unbearable in the winter. Someone needs to do something.

  The Market Common Starbucks nearby is 100x better. You are unable to pick-up your own mobile order here and the service is incredibly slow.

  For a Starbucks, I'm honestly impressed. There was a mad 9:45am Saturday rush, and the team who made those orders were VERY efficient and cleared the whole room in about 15 minutes or so. I've never seen that in all the years of being a customer, and to top it off, they made my drink right ☺️

  Best Starbucks location so far ! Everyone is so nice and friendly, can get a bit busy in the mornings but they have a balance as a team. If they make an mistakes they always correct it and make a new one for you. Plus it's walking distance from courthouse metro
