  Coffee was great. The reason I rated this low is because while enjoying my coffee and catching up on some work on my laptop, I observed the treatment of the employees by the manager staff seemed to belittle the staff and down talk them over what seem to be small things. I watched management down talk an employee for going to slow during morning Rush when the staff seemed over stressed with the work load as it was, but instead of coaching and guiding the staff or offering to help or attempting to help, they continued to down talk the staff and then walked away to the back. If I was an employee here, that would discourage me from trying my best to reach new hieghts for the company. This kind of treatment instead would push me away.

  I had to visit this place because I saw a few negative reviews in the last few months and had to see for myself if they were true or not. I can in at lunch time on a Monday and from what I saw was good help, not just from my order but from others ordering. The 3 staff workers did well and helped others with their orders and were friendly! The place was clean and in order! If i could i would give a 4.75 star, only because the main apron worker seemed to talk down slighty the her workers but could have been of off day/time. Well done Starbucks!

  After having the barista ast the register act incredibly snooty about my friends order, I was double charged for my beverage and still have not received a refund. I had asked to use a free reward, and while I don't mind paying (as it just counts towards more rewards) I'm still angry that I was charged TWELVE DOLLARS for one beverage. the friend that was with me was also double charged, and the barista used up one of her free rewards.
