  Says it's opened, but it's closed. People keep walking up trying to open the doors. Change your hours if you're closed.

  Terrible service. She was on her phone while she was taking my order. Messy station, dirty floors. She had a bunch of receipts on her printer like she never gives them out. She did not hive me mine haha. Then she makes my order and puts too much caramel and asked me if it was too much. I responded that it was because it was a whole chunk almost falling off. She made a face and threw away the whip cream and re started the whip cream and caramel, now I got almost no caramel. It doesn't seem like she wants to work there... oh and I have never been to that location, So I had to ask where the straws were after walking back and forth 2 times, did not even pay attention of what I needed, then she answered annoyed... Need new staff.

  Very good service is morning. Got order right and served fast. Much less crowded than stand alone Starbucks down the road. Would visit again!

  Stopped by on the way to work and met a lot of gregarious people here, decided to take time out from a little work to make a balloon for one of the employees. Thanks!
