  I was given the right cup but wrong drink inside I asked for a venti carmel brûlée with skim i vanilla latte which had milk in it I’m lactose intolerant I’m having a bad day at work

  Everytime I order from here its like a piñata, you never know what you're going to get. Either it is good or really bad. They need to improve the consistency of their drinks!

  There were two cashiers (male and female) who were very rude. But there was one who was exceptional and very warm and nice to me. I wish the former two will remember to always be nice to customers regardless of color, race or looks!!!
