::The employees are great. They are very understanding and willing to answer questions. I frequently walk around brick-town for hours on end and I always stop at Starbucks to get a free water. They have come to expect me and they do not seem the least bit bitter. Fun Fact: they do NOT accept $100 bills.

::The Starbucks was amazing they definitely needed more staff though, the drinks were very good and it's a great place to hang out with friends and study. I did notice they gave a customer a full refund on a coffee that they did not like which I appreciate. Customer service is outstanding and I will go again.

::They need more staff to handle the orders in such a busy area. I think they might've been a bit overwhelmed. They were friendly though. I purchased a bottled water, and my friend got an iced mocha. It took about 20 minutes for them to make one drink. She had no complaints about it though. I hate to see what it's like later in the day with all the game fans needing to be served this evening. It would probably be a madhouse.

::Let me say that this team is the hardest working team I've ever had serve me coffee. This team always gets my order just how I like it no matter how crunched for time they are. Earlier today, I placed a mobile order in and the store was PACKED. I knew it would take a while longer to get my coffee ready, but they were being harassed by other angry customers the entire time. They worked through every difficult customer with a smile and got everyone's orders ready. I know they were short-staffed, but they deserve a lot of respect for how many orders they have to make a day to keep everyone happy. I want even mad about the wait time because when I got my coffee, it was done correctly and with a smile! If you want good QUALITY coffee, it is worth the wait and this team knows quality!
