  ✅ New ✅Drive thru ✅spacious and clean Also interminably and consistently slow, disposed to order mistakes (seemingly more so than other stores), and there always seems to be one or 2 spectacular baristas who are working extra hard to make up for bottlenecks--both in store and in the drive thru--presumably due to poor administration, staffing, or training decisions outside of their control (I was a barista in college and remember similar situations). This is an extreme example, but my husband recently put in an order for pick up via app, and had to wait along with other customers for their orders for FORTY-FIVE minutes *after* arriving! Other customers with less flexible schedules had to leave before getting theirs. 20 minutes seems to be a norm here.

  This could be the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Seriously. Walk in customers wait and wait while they focus on drive thru and mobile. So much faster to go to the Starbucks in the Frys. SLOW!

  This location needs to re-train every staff member. When I first found out they were building this new drive-thru location and moving from the old Sprouts shopping center, I was excited. However when the store opened I was disappointed time after time with order inaccuracy and long wait times. I figured it was just due to a new store/new employees and they'd eventually get it figured out. Several months later now, it's really not a lot better. I still get something other than what I ordered 25% of the time (even though the label is correct). The later in the day you go, the more wrong your drink becomes. (Order a nitro cold brew and get a regular iced cold brew, order an iced mocha and get a White mocha that has no hint of espresso in it, order a coffee with a shot and don't expect to get that shot). Even though this store is right next to my house, I'd rather drive the extra 2 miles to go to the Val Vista & Baseline store. I'm so tired of continuously wasting money here.

  Very busy but very organized but also not enough staff on floor. It sounds weird but its true, if your organized and busy you would need just more people to handle the orders to keep them pushing out the door.... Almost a perfect...
