  Rude barista. Unnecessary attitude and the place wasn't even busy. I asked how much something cost and he replied with 'it hasn't changed!'. Then my drink was made wrong. Kind of disappointed. Go to literally any other coffee shop!

  I've been here multiple times in hopes that I'll have a pleasant experience, but this has yet to happen. The first time, the bathroom was disgusting (it's never really clean.) The second time, a barista yelled at me in front of other customers and pointed at a sign that said upstairs seating was for patrons only when I had in fact ordered ahead on mobile and was looking for a seat while I waited. The third time, I ordered ahead on mobile and even though it was confirmed, they never made my order - but a different barista was nice and gave me a larger size to make up for the wait. I'd say not to come here unless you plan on ordering in person and don't plan on using the restroom or staying long.

  This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I've been coming here at least twice a week for the last six months and have only had a minor issue. If you ever have time to check out the upstairs loft area, it's really neat and is great to just relax with a friend or study! My drinks have never been messed up and the food is good too.
