  Relaxed place, not as crowded as other ones in the area.

  I ordered an Americano and they had it made in 15 seconds. I was surprised but didn't think too much about it. When I tasted it back at my apartment later, I noticed the burned taste immediately. It is obvious that they pre-made the expresso and allowed it to sit on a burner too long. Not good taking short cut.

  While the new store is nicer the service is going downhill fast. I've been coming here for over 3 years and sad to say the service is lacking a lot lately. I miss the smaller store and the better service. Today I was stuck in a long line this morning and since the line took so long I asked for a blueberry scone and asked that they don't toast it so it would be faster. The guy started writing on the bag and I mentioned again....I didn't want it toasted as I was now running late and would prefer for them to just grab it....he nodded at me in agreement...then continued writing on the bag......I then with a louder but still respectful voice said "I just want the scone you don't need to toast it please...............they toasted it.......and it took longer........I was late for work by a few minutes........I work in the same building and showed up 15 minutes early.

  Took my order. They know me by name there. Put my name on one pastry bag, wrote "ugly" on the other. Been a polite and regular customer for three years.
