  Always great service and very friendly staff, even when I goof up trying to order my drink. Everyone is always outgoing and polite.

  EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF the heavy set black girl is literally always rude every single time I come in. I pick up for Uber and normally I have no trouble ONLY if she’s working! She asked me to confirm the order in front of her and I had no problem doing so I turned my phone facing her and hit confirm. When you confirm an order it automatically starts navigating to the customers address. WELL she said I didn’t confirm it and it wasn’t the screen she needed. So I pull up the screen with the items on it the same screen you can pull up even if you don’t confirm the order, would you believe that’s the screen she said let’s her know I confirmed the order. I understand wanting us to confirm the order but not everybody steals and plus I don’t even drink coffee! If you all want to set rules please make sure you know what you are talking about first. I bet people come in there all the time and just show the order screen and leave because she said that’s them confirming the order. I have no problems with any other Starbucks just this one!

  If you want coffee without ice DONT GO HERE!! I literally ordered a venti shaken espresso with no ice and they literally gave me a tall on a venti cup. They’re giving me less coffee just because I don’t want ice? That is just a rip off. I paid for a venti coffee plus my add ins and this is just not worth $7 dollars

  I typically get annoyed with the lack of actual customer service at most Starbucks but this location is fantastic. The afternoon staff, I avoid the morning crew, is so friendly and fun. If I order a weird or complicated drink, they always chat me up about it and will sometimes make me a sample of another drink. They are a cool crew that likes exploring new drink ideas and sharing their drink creations as well. This Starbucks gets 5/5 stars from me!

  Can be difficult to find using Google's directions, depending on which street: it's in the bottom-floor cafeteria. Pleasant staff, typical drinks. Has a quiet nook past the outside door (shown), if you're lucky :)
