  These employees don't care about the experience of the customer at all. They're cheap and do not have real sugar available outside of asking the employees, who again, don't care and are rude about it. They make you specify the exact number of packets you want and dont offer more than 5 for two large drip coffees. It was difficult to get an employee's attention and I was not greeted or treated with respect during my purchase. Told me to put my card into the machine and walked away, and I had to get their attention again to finish the payment process because the cashier needs to press a button after you put your card in. Terrible service.

  When I ordered my drink only 1person was waiting in front of me. The barista asked if I cared for a receipt and I said no so she wouldn't have to put paper in the machine. So I sit down to wait for my order, and about 7 people show up to order their coffee. The barista then took all of their orders and made all of their drinks. I approached the counter to check to see if she had my drink, than she asked me what I was waiting on very rudely. She made my drink than with no apology.
