  I’m a gold member and I’ve been coming to this specific location for YEARS!!! I always used to get the best service and they always made my coffee right the first time. These days the newest employees aren’t friendly, they get your order wrong one too many times and make my drinks sloppy. I will not be returning to this location anymore. Service sucks!

  The the person was trying to help me and the next thing I know the coffee was No Charge. HOW nice. I bought a coffee for the person behind me. Keep it going

  Always absolutely loved this Starbucks location, up until the past 3 or 4 months, the employees there are super rude, so i stopped going to Starbucks all together. I used to go daily and was a gold card member. Well last Saturday I changed my mind and decided to give them another chance and if course the guy at the window was rude. He didn't hear me correctly when I ordered at the drive thru even though when he read my order back wrong, I mmediately corrected him (he obviously wasn't listening to the customer). Needless to say when we drove off I immediately knew it was wrong when I tasted it so we went back around to have them fix it and he said that I said it wrong, but said he will go ahead and fix it. Again I did NOT say it wrong, HE HEARD wrong, second, even if I did say it wrong, he should've never said anything, just fix it, be courteous and smile. It's called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, but here lately it seems either the Starbucks employees have forgotten that OR that isn't required of them by the higher ups. Remember, without us (customers), you (employees) have no paycheck/no job. Starbucks, you lost every star for this, if I could give this place no stars, I sure would and it pains me too. I used to be a very very very loyal Starbucks customer.

  I can honestly say I have yet to spend more then the expected time waiting for my coffee in the morning. Plus I get great service every time! I love how close it is to all of the hospitals and how quickly they serve the orders! Good job.

  I work here. It's high volume and fast paced, so sometimes we get a little flustered. Nonetheless, we do our best and are always willing to go the extra distance for our customers!
