  Disappointed that this Starbucks outlet did not allow me to bring my own cup. It would be nice to have a food heating facility to heat up croissants and cheese pastries.

  First time at Starbucks, the server recommended a strawberry refresher. The staff is nice, but $7 for an ordinary strawberry smoothie? Whatever I was refreshed so it's fine. :D (I would rate 3.5 stars if I could)

  Starbucks please respond. I was told conflicting things. That this location participates in the rewards program They can give you water if you bring your own cup I returned the next day and was told: No they don't participate in the rewards program They don't give water to customers A cup for water is 1.80. Even if you stay there and try to use the cup they just handed you, they won't do it. Also, the prices are more expensive than regular starbucks.

  Youre gonna need a Starbucks, after walking over here to try and rent a car, only to be disappointed. Starbucks saves the day again, too bad they dont rent cars.

  Rude customer service and not very smart. I bought a tea and went back for a cup of hot water but this location charges for it, so I gave them one of the two cups they had just handed me and they "still couldn't help." I don't spend $10-$15 a day/every few days to have to pay $1.00-$3.00 for a cup of water. Called customer and she said they get complaints about this location often. Very sweet customer service over the phone though.
