Like any other Starbucks. Does not stand out and serves the same options as all other Starbucks. If this is your preferred coffee location, you'll get the same type of service as you had in the other Starbucks.

Most of the time I'm pleased. But today not only did my drink originally come out as a grande when I asked for venti, but I also asked for blonde Espresso and after tasting this, they definitely used the regular Espresso. Normally I wouldn't have an issue, but when I'm paying more for it, and the Espresso tastes burnt (which is not their fault it's Starbucks as a whole), it's why I get the blonde Espresso. The barista needs to wake up or something. The drink order is on the cup so it shouldn't be hard.

When I asked whether a special drink based on Strawberries and Cream Frappuccino had milk in it, I was told no, just coconut milk. They then proceeded to add whipped cream, without asking. I’ve looked up the ingredient list for the Strawberries and Cream Frappuccino, and the second ingredient is milk. I’m now having to deal with that. Oww. Thanks Starbucks! I’ve learned my lesson - never trust a Starbucks barista. At least, not at this location.

OK, it is a Starbucks. Even when incredibly busy from hundreds of conference-goers queueing up for a morning drink, the workers kept their cool and the line moving. Was still able to sit and enjoy my bagel and coffee each morning, even though it seemed like the place would be too packed.

Handy for Convention center area. Easy going mellow staff. Very dependable consistent drinks & food. No bathroom in here. Must get key card from cashier. Then head into Hyatt lobby restroom. These are extremely nice & clean & still separate women's & men's! Hooray
