  Its Starbucks.! Service was very quick and friendly. Would give 5 stars, but the pricing is a bit to swallow (pun intended!)

  I have never been to a palce where I felt like I didn't belong. I ordered my drink and qaited 20 mins while everyone behind me got served. When I finally asked about my drink she said she put it to the side and forget in the most rudest way ever. I have been coming there for years but this was the first time I got treated like that. This will also be the last time I ever go here.

  Short story, we are a family that has lost everything and dad is in Denver as a "homeless" Veteran. We are staying with family in Memphis. We are trying to get back on our feet bit it's hard. Today is my son's dad's Birthday. Since we couldn't be there with him, our 6 year old just wanted to buy him a coffee. I called this store ahead of time to get a coffee for my fiance. All I asked was for them to write Happy Birthday. Courtney, the manager was so kind to purchase the coffee for us and put Happy Birthday with balloons on the cup. That touched me so much, as we are barely making it right now and our family is not together. Thank you so much Courtney for touching a family of 3 today!!!!!!
