::The barista spilt the milk when she was measuring the milk with the cups. She told the other barista and noted that it wasn't the first time that day. Then she spilt the drinks all over the counter and over the cup. It made the drinks look disgusting and the green tea frappe we ordered tasted only like milk.

::Came into the store for a tall vanilla latte. 5 people were working and no one acknowledged me. There were only 2 people waiting for orders and it took 5+ minutes to make my coffee. Only 1 out of the 4 baristas was actually making coffee. The mild was bad on my latte so they had to make another one. Terrible customer service and I’ve never been to a Starbucks that moves this slow.

::One of the slowest service Starbucks I have ever been to! They even gave attitude when refund requested after > 30min waiting for tea with expresso shot!
