  Worst customer service at this location store manager (Natalie) insisted glass of water had to be ordered at the register and would not give a glass of water with my beverage. She wanted me to wait in line again to order water, which is not even on their menu. Need to retrain her with customer service or fire her.

  Barista man was friendly and very funny. That made ordering fun. And the drinks were better than usual. The store is bigger than most and plenty of room to sit.

  This place is a good choice to choose from when it comes to for getting a drink of coffee. I like the way that doing what I arrived for as well as being served didn't cost too much to enjoy. If your looking for something that fits in these parameters then this is a good place to go. Connected to this building is a. Hilton hotel as well as a Ruth's Chris restaurant. I don't remember getting a bad response from many people I've transported here.

  I’m not sure they listen to the customer. Matter of fact I know they don’t. Two days in a row I went here and ordered the same thing I have ordered many other Starbucks. They argued both days that they could not do it. A little flexibility goes a long way.
