  I tried going to this Starbucks for a few weeks but I was disappointed every time. Instead I started going to the one on canal & Roosevelt even though parking was sometimes a pain. When that one had remodeling done I decided to go to this Starbucks again and it is still as bad as it was early last year. They do not care how you drink ends up. Sometimes my drinks taste completely like milk. Also, if they run out of certain size cups they tell you they can only downsize you and they do not offer you the next size up which I wouldn’t mind paying for. The man ringing me up said they can only offer me the grande instead of a venti and that it was the same drink just smaller... no duh. I’m giving it 2 stars because one of the ladies that works there will just give you the next size up but adds a little extra ice so the drink balances out to be about the same amount as the one you ordered.

  It's inside of jewel osco. Not sure if they have the full menu

  This Starbucks is located inside Jewel. Maybe that's the reason why it is so bad. Low quality of the service. They just do not care about what you need. Stuff is not sure about their assortment. Also, there's no Internet. No outlets for the laptop. The tables are not stable. Also the problem is to find the clean table at this location.

  Poor assortment and poorly trained personal.No power outlets for the charger/computer. No wifi. Always dirty tables. Wobbly furniture. Disappointed overall. Do not recommend this location.

  I never had a problem here before, but some of the new people need better training on making coffee, I grabbed an iced coffee today and I could couldn't even attempt to finish it. Had a taste so bad gagged on the first sip
