  Every time I go there they mess up my order. Got a sandwich that was frozen in the middle. Yuck.

  Poor customer service. I was waiting for 10 minutes at the register before someone even came to help me. Not even a I'll be right with you. The lobby was supper hot like there's no A/C. Every starbucks ask for a name these people just shout out the orders. So unprofessional never coming back.

  This is the second Saturday that I visited this location. I'm sorry to say that service is terrible. They forgot my order(again) and then when brought it to their attention. ..it was wrong and I overheard the female tell the other female, just bring me any size mug.. not coming or recommending this location. .I'll continue to go to the other locations

  I assumed They've slacked it on my green teas once or twice but I was just informed they changed the classic syrup to liquid cane sugar so it wasnt their fault. Now I know to ask for the classic syrup when ordering. And when it comes to the holiday fraps they've all come out perfect! Fast service as well.

  By far the best In El Paso. Staff is superior. Very friendly. Make you feel welcome and at Home. From the richest to the poorest. From the Elderly to the new. You are welcome. Jaime runs the show like a true Captain. And his Gentlemen associated are the friendliest true people I have come to respect. Now the women associate are the most warm and most beautiful ladies inside and out. Starting with Liz, Samantha 1 And 2. Janessa, Sara, Nina and so many to mention are all professionals. Especially Sir Armando Ugarte. If I was not a Naval officer myself. I would jump ship to be his first mate. A true Man Men.....
