They're always nice to my puppy so they are great in my book.

Mobile ordered a protein box and waited 20 minutes in the store watching their order screen and no action taken, no word of why it wasn't dealt with at all. Finally went to register to ask for a refund and the first questions was "There's not one there?" meaning in the cooler. If I wanted to pick one up I wouldn't have mobile ordered. The may have no issues making beverages, but the staff seems to not give any priority to food orders, especially when done through their app.

No seating, very busy location. Place was kind of dirty but probably because of all the traffic. Drink was good though and wait wasn't too bad.

This particular Starbucks shop is one of my favorite outlets - one of a selected few - that I occasionally drop in on ; they cater primarily to the surrounding big city office crowd, as they serve "carry out only. " They will often prepare "special requests" for their customers - I have seen them do this - however, I'm sure that they are priced accordingly... Often, over the holidays, they create a few unique flavours ; I liked their pumpkin spice latte, but I prefer the usual menu favourites ; a caramel latte or a frappe suites me just fine! Sometimes, I just order one of their hibiscus teas... The associates are all very experienced bartistas and they prepare my order - as well as their other requests with great finesse. It must be a really difficult job however, it looks like a lot of fun... I like to walk across the street and sit in the San Diego Union Tribune's outside square ; here I can relax, sip my coffee, and watch the "city people," as most hurry by me bound for destination,s unknown ( It sometimes reminds me of a old new wave rock n' roll song by the latter title).

Five stars only if you pre-order through the starbucks app on your phone. Super convenient and you can just hop in and grab your things. Of you don't, expect to wait in line for 10-20 min during the work week.
