  Starbucks is Starbucks. Always great coffee. Always well trained, knowledgeable and friendly staff. There are two flavors of expresso, regular and blond. The regular, to my taste, offers a richer, more complex flavor. My favorite drink is an almond latte with regular espresso. Starbucks offers a large assortment of drinks including decaf, drip and cold brewed coffees, many teas and chocolate drinks. Except for the bagels, without cream cheese, there are few vegan options. The patio, with its topiary garden, and indoor seating offers a comfortable place to enjoy a cup of java. Everything is wheelchair accessible including the gender neutral bathroom.

  Customer service is great here, that's the only reason for not giving 1 star. Not the fault of staff, who are all great, but the franchise is one of the worst even for Starbucks. Priced higher than all other Starbucks they also run out of things due to being owned and operated by the Hilton and having different ordering procedures I guess...

  Great crew who are always pleasant and enjoyable. Quick service... breakfast panini are always good.

  Waited pretty longer than normal time with only 1 other person in the store, only to be told after ordering that they don't participate in the Starbucks reward program and would not honor my free Birthday gift. Like, really? It's my birthday. Sent me 10 blocks to a "corporate" Starbucks. In addition the drink ordered totaled $1 more at this location than corporate location. Will not visit this location again.
