  There has been multiple occasions where I was given the wrong drink or an ingredient was wrong. I did not notice till I made it to work and would have to drive back to get the employees to remake it. I was either given an issue about it or no offer to size up the drink or a gift card. The positive is that some of the employees are very friendly and make the initiative to chat with regulars.

  Came in early, the guy at the counter was generally disengaged bordering on impolite. The power outlets didn't work and when I asked he said he would check. He asked another guy when that dude came in and they exchanged a high five; perhaps this is an ongoing joke. They proceeded to do nothing about it. Not that there is anything they could have done, so obviously it's a management issue. But instead of just saying that there was nothing they could do, they just sort of avoided eye contact and otherwise ignored me as a person for the duration of my visit. The flat white I ordered was immaculate. The service was okay. The upkeep of the store was sub par, while the bathroom was pretty clean, the tables were dirty and of course the outlets didn't work. And finally, what's the point of asking a name if you're not going to use it?

  I ordered the largest coffe they had. The girl came back with a small. I said to her i wanted the biggest one you have, she came back with the next size up not the biggest one. So after repeating myself several times, i just took the medium. She asked what kind of milk i wanted. Then put no milk in it. Good thing i checked. I wanted a steak wrap. She was puzzled. I repeated myself 3 times. Finally another employee came to help. I got where i was going and it was an egg wrap. I could not get to a parking spot because of the drive through line. There is actually not enough room for this location to have a drive through. Overall a painful experience. I will never go there again. Terrible service and clearly terrible management!!!!

  Great Starbucks with lots of seating inside. They do not have the wireless charging pads as of the date of this review, but there are plenty of seats and tables to do work. Only 2 outlets, so a bit difficult to get power to your laptop or phone, but it's a great place for a book
