  Absolutely atrocious customer service, the drinks were made great but the bad service just overshadows that. Miles should NOT! Be working there if thats how he interacts with customers. I saw him being snarky with a younger girl just picking up drinks. If I was her, I would have cussed him out and her parents would have probably caught a charge for his response to that young girl honestly. That was absolutely uncalled for! I have never heard a Starbucks barista demean or talk down to a customer like that in my life! The best interaction I had there was from a fellow customer that asked me if I needed a tray, wonderful gentleman! I honestly prefer going to the Starbucks just a mile from this location, superior customer service there.

  I come here every morning to get a brown sugar shaken expresso even though there is a starbucks RIGHT next to my house i STILL come here. recently they have been basically giving me the expresso black with barely any oat milk and A HUGE scoop of ice. I had to go home and scoop the ice out and once i was done there was basically no coffee in the cup anymore. I had the lady remake my coffee one time and she began telling me that the Venti cup of expresso I ordered comes with the littlest bit of oat milk so I need to ask for more. Every other starbucks I have gone to doesn’t hand me a black coffee when I order this so something isn’t adding up.Very VERY dissapointing.

  Staff often has bad attitude. There is one woman that works there in the mornings that often yells and hollers at customers the second they come in. One day I entered and sat down on a chair to tie my shoe before picking up my order and she loudly hollered at me in front of everyone: what's your name, I cant hear you, speak louder! Wouldn't give me a moment to fix my shoelace. So unprofessional and rude. Another issue is the credit card tipping. Asking me to tip 40% of the value of my beverage BEFORE the beverage is made and BEFORE I even receive any service is absolutely ridiculous, inconvenient and makes the whole experience awkward and uncomfortable for the customer

  I went to this Starbucks yesterday and was very pleased with it. The man taking orders was very friendly, kind, and helpful especially when different people had questions about what they could do with their order. I got a mocha cookie crumble and it tasted great!
