  Consistently rude customer service. We used to come all the time, but now we go out of our way and go to the Chinatown neighborhood for better customer service.

  Just Another carpet bagger coffee chain invading our dynamic Chicago. This is An overpriced,burn your tongue type of coffee With uninspired expensive commercial pastries. Attractive to the stare at your Lap Top screen crowd. This corporation should go back to basic customer service instead of emphasizing high-tech transaction processing. AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3
