  The coffee just isn't good, even when I asked for it to be sweetened it doesn't taste any better. The cakes and pastries are good though

  Not the best Starbucks out there. Really small location and not arranged in a very functional way. There tends to be a line that scatters across the store because there isn't a clear waiting area like there are in other stores. Suppose they're doing their best with the real estate they have.

  I'm on my feet everyday rushing about from meeting to meeting as part of my job. Starbucks always makes me feel at home and gives me the space to think about those important decisions I need to make. Love a tall vanilla latte!Great Experience, fast a quick service

  I usually do a review when I have a great service or really bad service. I'll keep in mind never go back to this location. 40 wait and you relized that every one is gettinf their coffe and you just lingering. And when you ask for your order they just say its coming. For a such of place like this they should be more organized and better training to manage the amount of people they traying to handle. 👎

  The worst Starbucks in the whole state of Florida. The staff is very poorly trained. I tried to order a grilled cheese and the looked at me as if I had 3 heads . The manager acted as if she never heard the term “grilled cheese “ before . I explained that they were very popular in New York to which she answer ed “ well you are not in New York”. She was having a personal conversation with every employee instead of helping the customers. It was Saturday morning and everyone looked like they had been up all night long . They All looked dirty as if they were out in corn field all night. The self service table had no milk and flies were everywhere. Homeless people at the door make it impossible for you to have a peaceful stay. Corporate should look into replacing the entire staff and looking for ways to improve sales and customer service. Certainly would not go back and would not recommend.many other places in the area offer a much cheaper and pleasant service . Would not be surprised if the are force to closed the place. I would rate it -10 .
