  Standard BUT the music... it's frigen blaring, way to loud. Please!!! I can't hear the person I'm trying to talk to. Turn it down to a reasonable level please.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Starbucks on North St. in Danbury, CT. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and the dining area was unkempt and dirty. But what was even worse than the state of the store was the poor service. The staff were standing around chatting with each other while customers were waiting to be served. I have never experienced such poor service at a Starbucks before. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I will not be returning.

  No complaints, unlike a few other locations I've visited this one always has every food item I've requested. Staff is friendly and food is always fresh and orders are correct.

  One of the most convenient Starbucks in Danbury. Right off the highway, usually has a good amount of staff and a very efficient drive through. The parking lot is a little hard to get around, but besides that it’s always been great!

  I had a lovely brunch with friends this week and had to take the time to leave feedback for the excellent customer service we received while there. The staff worked together and everyone was in a great mood, happy to help the customers and each other. Our food and drinks were served quickly and efficiently and it was nice to observe people act like they enjoy their work, working diligently but with great attitudes. We truly enjoyed our time.
