  The morning staff is great. The afternoon staff is absolutely atrocious!!!!!!! This store DOES NOT deserve even a 3.5!!!!

  So the customer service was garbage. Four people behind the counter and no one was answering to customera. I watched one of them give my drink to another customer and said it was extra. I had been waiting for 15 minutes already at this point. For real for a 7 dollar coffee how are you tonna make me wait 25 minutes after yoy gavw my deink away.

  Man with a beanie, long hair, glasses, and headset rudely asked me "Do I need something" while waiting for my last order. I asked for a cup holder, he threw it at me and said nothing. Guessing he is a manager. Never been treated like this before at SB, i wanted to share my experience.

  Well it is Starbucks so as usual customer service is great. This place is really bad. Very helpful with transferring card balances onto my phone. Serving a lot of customers but nothing seemed rushed.
