  I am an African American and this Starbucks, located in Menlo Park is polite, professional and courteous. My favorite coffee is a Cafe Venti. It is located within the confines of Barnes and Nobles.

  When ask for French vanilla, provided with Hazel but and then asked why, barista lied that French Vanilla has Hazel nut. Star bucks should train their employee if they don't have any particular product it should say they don't instead of selling wrong product.

  Slow service and waited more than 15 mins. Staffs aren’t working and just chatting there. Store manager really needs to train their staffs for this location!!!

  Slow and not focus. Had a hard time to communicate and order. Revisited : the speed of services was improved. However the small size of the serving space does limit what they can do and limited products are available.
