  I came to this Starbucks and the young lady that took my order was named Khaoula. This young lady was so pleasant. This young lady is an example of a great employee. Starbucks you are lucky to have her.

  I've been coming here for several months--because I'm placed at the Teaneck Marriott by my employer. I enjoy Starbucks overall, but this franchise is unacceptable. Of the last 7/10x I've ordered the same, simple drink (16 oz iced Americano w/light cream), and it has been altered. How the $@); is that possible!? At this location... It is. They add sugar, they forget the cream, they make a hot drink, serve in a 12 or 22oz cup, or make a completely different drink altogether. I've also ordered the bfast sandwich with egg/sausage, and been given the ham/egg sandwich... Twice! As stated before, I've been frequenting this location for months... I've experienced THE SAME staff every time. How is it that I recognize them, yet they @:)$ up my order every time. It's simple. Just give me the expected product that I ordered. If this was my franchise, every employee would be fired. I understand the minimum wage jobs and everything that coincides, but employees can adapt/improve with proper training/leadership. This location lacks all.

  If you are running a coffee place and forgot your customer's order leading to make them wait for almost 5 minutes in the morning, now when your customer asks you to check out whether their order is getting ready, what would you do? Simple! Check and offer an apology if the order was accidentally forgotten. You just want to be professional. Apology first and instantly start processing the customer's order. You don't want to stand to argue with your customer by making unnecessary excuses. Unfortunately, staff at this place tried to argue to cover her mistake. People forget and this is fine to me. But arguing to cover her mistake is not fine at all. This place needs better customer service.

  I just came from this location and I have to say...I'm NOT impressed! The staff moved slow as snails, didn't smile, and acted like they rather be somewhere else. They don't even make eye contact with their customers. If you do not want to work somewhere then quit and don't take it out on customers. I can ensure you that these minnows have been left alone in the big ocean. Why is there not a "lead/veteran" staff member present to give on the spot training? This location is prime but if the customer service and the product are not up to Starbucks standards, it will not be successful as initially planned. I will not return to this location and waste my money again. I wish there was the ability to give 0 stars because 1 star is 1 too many.
