  Staff was very friendly. The service was quick and accurate. The bathroom was clean. Great experience!

  Only available for students were. Worthless if you're just walking around.

  At first I thought it was a hard place to find, but then I found out that it is inside campus area. Since I'm not a student there, they would not let me even close enough to see Starbucks. So only go here if you are a student at Pace University.

  I always pick up my coffee here and get my refill. Today, this lady claimed to be a store manager refused to give me a refill. She asked for the receipt. I carried Starbucks cup with me and told her that we do not get a receipt unless we ask for it. She said we cannot leave the store and comeback and the refill has to be within 2 hours and said "Next!!". Here is a common sense, I am in the school cafeteria and the store is in the university cafeteria. I loved Starbucks, yet I stopped going because employees were so rude. (at one point, Starbucks employees were the friendliest in retails) I wrote to Starbucks about it, yet never heard anything from them. However, as a college student, $.54 for refill within 2 hours is an awesome deal, and I started coming to Starbucks again. I hope PACE will bring local coffee retail in its cafeteria instead of corporate mogul.
