  Very bad business. I pay $140 for a monthly parking spot in Oakland. As far as I know monthly parking means parking spot for a month right? Well, according to the guy running this parking lot ( who was actually very rude) the monthly parking doesn't mean you have a spot for sure, so if you arrive and all the spots are taken you have to find a spot on the street after paying $140 for a monthly parking. Really? So when I tried to make him understand what monthly parking means,he started screaming at me on the phone and he told me to find another parking lot at the end of the month. Incredible, but I'm glad it's all happening that way because the parking lot is very dirty, there has been a lot of cars broken into, there is always people drinking and smoking weed at night since everyone can go in,no security at all, no cameras, no gate, nothing. They also never return your calls when you have a complain. If I were you I would look for another place. That's what I'm doing right now. Good luck to the owner of this business. Employees like that one are going to make you soooooo sooooo rich! 😂😂😂

  Worst people ever! I tried paying for spot. It wouldn't take money and no visible number to call for assistance. I called the number on the ticket I was given and was called a (f%@&) idiot for not seeing the number to call other then the towing company if car was towed. Now ignoring calls. Complaint in progress.

  We parked in a location where people were using the car as a couch. We moved the car over 2 slots as the attendant watched. As soon as we left he put a notice that we had to pay an additional $17.00. $10 penalty and a new $7.00 charge. Intotal $24. for a space that was supposed to be $7. The representative was rude and unreasonable and informed us that he was connected to the DMV and could have our car impounded.....just for moving the car over 2 slots to avoid damages.

  We paid for a space in Oakland on the corner of 7th and Washington and inadvertedly hit the cancel button on the machine. When we called the followning day to ask for an exception we were denied because we didnt call the same day. This is now going to cost us a $16 fine not to mention the cost to having to deal with the completely unreasonable manager of the business. We will no longer park at this lot and recommend you do the same.
