  Amazing pedicure. John was phenomenal. I will definitely be back. The card that was mailed out as a promo said the coupons expired 5/15/18, but they said that was a printing error and the promo actually had expired. They honored the discount without a problem though. 👍

  I tend to not post public reviews because I believe one persons experience shouldn’t tarnish the opinion of potential customers however in this case, I’m posting in hopes this information helps this business owner improve their services. Compliments on the updated decor and friendly staff however, overall my experience was negative. My gel pedicure wasn’t what I expected for a number of reasons. 1) The massage chairs seem lackluster to what was offered with the previous owners- that was one of the reasons I used to come to this location under the previous owners. 2) My foot soak was very brief and in cool water. My pedicurist began cleaning my cuticles before getting a proper soak.... very painful. 3) My pedicurist didn’t “check-in” to make sure my nails were trimmed to the shape/length that I like. Also, once it was time to soak the water was freezing, after asking to put hot water in more cold water was added. I hate to be that customer continuously asking for things. I believe it is the responsibility of the pedicurist to ask and check in to make sure they are offering the proper service. 4) A 50% discount was offered at the time of my service however a normal pedicure (not even spa with foot massage and hot stones) is $50.00. Additionally, another customer in the salon was charged $10.00 for removing gels. This pricing model is NOT suitable for the area. I’ve been to several other salons in Bergen county where a more thorough and quality service was offered at a much better price. Manhattan even has more affordable pedicures than this! I encourage you to review the quality and pricing of your services.
