  I'm not sure if the person who smacked my hand was an employee or an owner, but whoever she is I will never step place in this sorry excuse for a laundromat ever again. I went to take my clothes out of the washing machine and felt a smack on the hand I was using to open the door of the machine. I was shocked of course and said "excuse me" then she said " it no done don't touch door till done" so I waited even though the machine had ZERO MINUTES LEFT AND THE OPEN DOOR ARROW ON. She hovered over me and when I went to open the door she smacks my hand again. She told me "it still no done" I asked when is it done if it says OPEN DOOR ZERO MINUTES LEFT, then when can I open it. This went on for a while until I finally said I just want to get my clothes out and leave. She tried to smack my hand ... again. So I opened the machine said do not touch me or my clothes I am leaving. I took my stuff out of the dryer as well and went to a different place. I have never experienced anything like that. I am shocked that an employee or owner would even physically touch a customer at any establishment. ZERO STARS THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE!

  Nice folks, clean area, big folding tables, but they only send cold water to the machines. Not hot, not warm, not even room temperature - just cold.

  Attendant is really nice and helpful it the dryers are weak at best and clients are outright rude on weekends literally throwing their clothes in machines while you're standing right on front of it
