  Horrible customer service and did poor work on my mom nails. She paid nearly $80 for gel wrap on nails and pedicure and was told it would last 1yr with regular maintenance and fillins done... After less than a week, about 6 of her nails are missing "gel wrap" and nail polish. She returns to show them and a male who said he's the owner continued using his phone while responding to her and never gave his full attention!!!

  I did a gel manicure on FRIDAY, Oct 13th and they are ALL peeling off by WEDNESDAY, Oct 18th. Not even a week! I am beyond pissed off. Not worth $25 for 5 days!

  This place is absolutely outrageous. The nail tech doing my nails grabbed my hand and squeezed them real tightly while giving me dirty looks. When filing down my nails She was very rough and was cutting through my skin when I said ouch she responded with ouch what what's the problem. While doing my eyebrows she completely ignored my request and made them as thin as she wanted. When the manager got involved she told me she likes it and there was nothing wrong. They do things to their liking and completely disregard the wants of the customer.
