  Salesperson helpful. However, they had a hard time accepting the fact that I did not want the extended warranty as the product already has a multi year warranty 5+ years. A small amount of sales training would go far vs the sledge hammer power pressure sales technique employed this time. It was like a linebacker drill. I stood strong though

  The service at the Print Center is terrible. They would not stop their busy time to offer any help, or be creative on how I might be able to send my document there for printing. Literally had to turn away, what a disgrace!

  Worst staples ever.. Never answer the phone for any type of help. And when someone answers you get put on hold forever. Someone comes back on the phone, just to hang up on you and repeat the whole process over and on. Shaking my head!

  Love the store manager here! Thanks so much for making an exception in one of your store policies. Hard to find such store reps these days.

  No credit card accepted for gift card purchase. Overall is good. Parking lot is big but you got to share with the nearby Trader Joe so still hard to find a spot.
