  Job was not completed on time, however, Jazz did a FANTASTIC job. She's extremely personable and helpful. Danielle was awesome in her assistance as well. I'm thinking, Paul may need some assistance on night shift. He seemed really frazzled - with people needing assistance, as well as the multitude of phone calls coming for his department. At one point telling a customer on the phone that he 'didn't know how to use a specific piece of equipment' for a business card printing job. All in all, a good experience.

  The little girl in the print center couldn't be bothered to print the 2 pages I needed and claimed she had "like 50 scans" to work on. She didn't. I stood at the desk watching her talk to another employee about her weekend plans. She just didn't want to work. Also charging $5 to use the self printers is ridiculous! My order was .75 cents. Why is it so hard for them to print orders thay were sent hours ago? This location j as poor equity employees.

  VERY poor service. Was trying to get a universal computer charger for my older laptop. Called them on the phone and asked IF I COULD TEST IT OUT the employee said yes. Drove their to ask them AGAIN and for them to tell me no since it will be “open box”. I told them I didn’t want to buy a 70$ charger without making sure it fit IN MY LAPTOP. Put the item back on the shelf and told them I would not return which I never will and went straight to Best Buy and bought the charger and ACTUALLY TESTED IT!!
