  Not that this review will really matter, but this store lacks in every single way imaginable. I had a simple stationery shopping list... labels, paper, pens... and Staples was out of almost everything. Trying to find a staff person who was helpful was impossible. After locating some items (most they just didnt have in stock or didnt carry at all) I waited on line near a register with the light on. No one was at the registers, but there was a man squatting down by the register shelves. I asked him if he could check me out and said, "No way, my register is closed". He then turned off the light of the register and went back to squatting. A younger man came to another register and checked me out. When I asked about the rewards points he replied, "I can't help with that, we don't really do anything here with that". Im done with Staples!

  Edwin Quijada is the most helpful employee at Staples. He always goes the extra mile with helping out! If you ever go make sure you get help from Edwin!

  Big store lots of inventory. So-so customer service. Short staffed. The staff had little to no product knowledge

  Business cards always come out off centered. Too much of a hassle to get it right. Customer service abysmal.

  Berm Badoglu was the best associate I have ever come across in Staples. He was very attentive and went above and beyond helping me understand what I needed to make my mobile business tech needs work for me.
