  Horrible customer service. I asked this Manager with this long dirty beard named Christian for help finding an item, and he didn't even let me finish explaining what I was looking for. He just quickly passed me off to some kid who was stocking shelves, and walked off to the back for the next half hour or so. The poor stocker kid couldn't help me either cause he had no knowledge of the cord I needed. I got angry, and just started looking for myself, and found it after a little while. Wouldn't have bought it if I didn't really need it. The only times I've had great service was when Brian (another manager) has helped me. He really knows his stuff. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be shopping at Staples anymore. Too many headaches the last couple visits. Gonna try P.C. Richard, and/or OfficeMax/OfficeDepot. Would give Staples a zero if I could...

  Been going here for years, and never disappointed. They always have what I need and the staff is nice. Very convenient off 46. I also like they have a good selection of sale items of furniture and etc. This is a good place like an "outlet" for computer tables, and chairs.

  Its clean. All the items are well organized. The prices aren't as competitive as I would like them to be.

  Horrible customer service. Once they make a mistake reversing it is impossible. My print order is now late and useless.

  Helpful staff, courtoeos and take time to listen and explain. The best staples I have been to. As a business person Im constantly going for supplies and copies...
