  This store won't last long. Will follow Toys R'us fate. Walked around for a while, no one on the floor to offer help. Stood in line at the services counter, and there were 5 people there taking care of 2. Seems like the best place to hang out in the store. Store was very messy, again...seemed like en-route to closure. Keep it up!

  Just spent 15 min walking around looking for something and nobody was around to help. Finally found 3 staff members just hanging out at the front chit chatting. When I checked out they just continued talking about their night before. Very disappointed in their customer service and awareness.

  Waited in line for 10-15 minutes, so was eager to leave when picking up order. I brought old material in for them to match(when dropping off) and it wasn't matched correctly. Didn't notice it right away and they wont do anything about it because I left with product in my hands. I will definitely be going elsewhere even if it cost extra to get it done right the first time.

  Got everything I needed done with no trouble. The staff was fast and knowledgeable about what I wanted. Shout out to Amber!! She was amazing and made it so much easier than I thought it would be
