  This company Canceled are carpet cleaning appointment after we moved all of our furniture and everything. They called me an hour before they were supposed to come, and said they were unable to make it. Completely ridiculous and Unprofessional, I do not recommend them

  Had them come out because we got a new puppy which she had a few accidents. Paid for the pet deodorizer too. $212 later and visually the carpet was cleaner however it stunk like wet dog pee. Oh and the deodorizer is just a febreeze spray on the top when they were done. I didn't even waste my time calling to complain, going with zerorez in 2 weeks.

  I had my carpets cleaned over the weekend, while we were out of town. Our stairs really needed the service. I came home to my carpets looking like someone just installed brand new carpet. I always think giving reviews about great service is very important. They did a fantastic job!!
