  Fantastic job cleaning my carpet. They finished three rooms in one hour and the carpet looks brand new. They had a special running and the price was unbelievable

  I purchased a 3 room package that I ended up not using because I was moving to another county and I was told that I could use the credit in the other county. I called and was told that whomever I spoke to didn't add any notes about that conversation and therefore they could not let me use my credit. Had i known this in advance I would have requested a refund. Also, they said credits have an expiration date which was not disclosed when I purchased or called about my credit.

  Ask for Nicholas. He does a terrific job, and I always ask for him. Nice to have a familiar face each time. He knows what he's doing, is friendly, and lets us know about the best deals. Definitely recommend him & Stanley Steener because of him.

  Dylan and Buford took excellent care of our carpets. We had a terrible cat urine smell in our basement, moving into the new house and they spent so much time ensuring that every inch of our carpets were taken care of. They are both super sweet guys, and we felt so comfortable letting them into our home. Highly recommend them and will definitely be requesting them in the future!

  They came to clean and apply polyurethane our hardwood floors. The floor looked pretty good overall but they splashed it all over our white base boards and some of the walls. (Which shows up a brown color). They came back to take care of it and repainted a portion of bathroom wall. (Which is noticeable and annoying ) They didn't take care of all of the baseboards either. So, leaves me to do extra work that I paid them over $500 to do and do it right. Highly dissatisfied and will not use them again.
