  Mike Foster came on a call and serviced a refrigerator. He asked the right questions prior to arriving so he had everything he needed for the job. He double checked the cost reviewed it with us. Once approved he repaired the refrigerator and had it up and running quickly. Great customer service skills. Took time to listen with the client. Great job Mike. It was great seeing you again.

  I went in ready to buy a washer, dryer and refrigerator. When I entered it took a while for anyone to notice me and even then they just waved me in no particular direction. I looked around the refrigerators for a while and finally got someone's attention. We then looked at washers and dryers. I ordered the cheapest pair. I then had to get in line while my rep when to put the order into the system. Once I had paid, I checked my order sheet and noticed that she had forgotten to add the dryer, so we had to add that. Once I finished the order I had to check when it would be delivered as the agent did not give me any info. I ordered the delivery for Wednesday (it was a Monday). Today (Tuesday) they phoned me to tell me that my order wouldn't be there for another 2 weeks. Sloppy service, I doubt I'll go back...

  I have not been in in several years. Our contractor met me there and set us up with Irena I think her name was. We happen to go in when everything was going on sale for memorial day and ended up getting appliances for our new house way under what I was looking at Costco or best buy. All new and stainless steel. They deliver and will take old appliances with them. Also found out they have beds and tv's there too we are going to go back and take a look at. So far everyone has been a pleasure to work with and we are excited to try out our new stuff!

  Our technician, Mike Foster, was very professional. He installed new doors to our refrigerator in a timely fashion and provided helpful tips to keep our new appliance in great condition. He was very thoughtful and carefully wrapped the old doors for easier storage. Thanks Mike!

  Lets be honest they have pretty good first impression but you are better off with some other company with the same appliances. They great customer service ends as soon as they are done processing the payment. If you contact them with any questions after that expect answer you got: “Google it”. Absolutely useless in tech support and fixing brand new appliances. I should have read their reviews because i am not the first one. It seems to be their thing.
